Description
Polyacrylate (Sodium Polyacrylate)
Sodium polyacrylate, also known as waterlock, is a polyacrylic acid sodium salt. It can absorb up to 200 to 300 times its own weight in water.
It is classified into three major categories: hygiene grade, agriculture grade, and industry grade. SAP is primarily used to absorb, retain, or block liquid.
Applications:
Diaper-
SAP for diapers has good permeability, a high absorptive capacity, and high maintenance ability. Under certain pressure, the phenomenon of return infiltration will not occur.
Lady Sanitary Napkin-
SAP for Lady Sanitary Napkin has fast blood suction, high absorption capacity, good gel strength, and moisture resistance. Women’s sanitary napkins have a high absorption capacity and water retention ability, allowing them to stay dry and comfortable.
